Understanding Your Usage-Based Invoices

Viaoga charges based on active usage, not rigid seat licenses. This means you only pay for the capacity you actually use, which is ideal for businesses with high seasonality (like holiday spikes).

Active Driver Billing

You are billed based on the number of unique drivers who complete at least one route during the monthly billing cycle.

Example: If you have 50 drivers registered in the system, but only 10 actually drive and complete routes this month, you are only billed for 10.

Route optimisation is not metered

There are no optimisation credits, and route planning is not charged per stop or per run. We run our own routing engine rather than paying a third party per request, so re-planning a day costs us nothing and costs you nothing. Optimise as often as the day changes.

What is metered

Two things, both billed as add-ons above what your plan includes:

- Extra drivers — beyond the driver count included in your tier. - Order overage — orders processed beyond your tier's monthly allowance.

Anything over the allowance is billed automatically at your plan's rate. Current usage against both allowances is shown in the Billing dashboard.
