A driver account that signs into the VIAOGA driver app during the month. If somebody leaves, remove them and you stop paying for them from the next cycle — you are billed for the fleet you are running, not the accounts you have ever created.

You are never charged per stop, which is the thing that makes a busy week cost more than a quiet one on most tools in this category. Each driver comes with an allowance instead — 750 orders a month on Growth and 1,500 on Pro, pooled across your fleet — and anything past it is ₹500 per thousand orders, rounded up. Nothing is blocked when you go over and nobody has to approve anything — it appears as its own line on the next invoice.

Growth starts at two drivers and Pro at five. Every account begins with a fourteen-day trial on Growth, so you can run two real weeks of deliveries before you are billed for anything.

Yes, up or down, and it takes effect from the next billing cycle. Adding drivers mid-month is fine too; they appear on the next invoice.
